Dr. Randy Hayes
Dr. Hayes is a native of Rosepine, Louisiana where he grew up with many different animals, including dogs, cats, horses, and cows. He is a graduate of McNeese State University (2001) and the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine (2004.) He began his veterinary career as an associate veterinarian at All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in New Iberia, Louisiana from the time he graduated in 2004 until 2012. While there, he performed routine and advanced veterinary procedures on large, small, and exotic animals. Dr. Hayes moved back to Rosepine and purchased Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic in 2012 and then opened Hayes Veterinary Hospital in DeRidder in 2018. He is married to Jaclyn and has three active boys, two dogs, Badger the Catahoula Curr and Pearl the Chinese Crested, three cats, a duck, and a few horses. Dr. Hayes enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, and playing ball with his boys.

Favorite animal is the honey badger.
He cooks a lot better than his wife (and she agrees).
Dr. Dana Chapman
Dr. Chapman is a Gulfport native and graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up riding in hunter/jumper competitions and later taught lessons to other riders. She is married to Captain Andrew Wood and has been traveling with the United States Army since graduation. She has practiced in Mississippi, Washington, and Louisiana. Dr. Chapman and her husband, Andy, have one curly haired, rosy cheeked son that keeps them very busy. She also has three dogs, three cats, and three horses.
Plays Friday Night Magic, sews cosplays, and generally has way too many nerdy hobbies.

Jaclyn grew up in New Iberia, Louisiana, where she cultivated a love for animals from a very young age. She began her studies at Louisiana State University majoring in pre-veterinary medicine but later decided that medicine was not for her. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2006 with bachelor’s degrees in animal science and biology. She then went on to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to earn her master’s degree in business administration in 2008. Since then, Jaclyn has earned the Charted Life Underwriter designation from The American College and is a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. Jaclyn now manages the business side of Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic and Hayes Veterinary Hospital alongside her husband, Dr. Randy Hayes. Together they have three smart, handsome boys, two dogs, three cats, and a duck. In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys fishing, singing, traveling, and family time.

Amanda was born in Massachusetts and moved to Maine when she was a teenager. She graduated from the University of Maine in 2016 with an associate degree in veterinary technology. In her previous role at a clinic in Veazie, Maine, she gained experience in chemotherapy and physical therapy.
Amanda has been with her husband for 9 years and they've been married for 5 years. Originally part of the Maine National Guard, they decided to go to active duty so they could travel. At home, they have one spoiled Vizsla and in their spare time, they enjoy camping, hiking, and doing anything outside.
Fun Facts: New England sports fan.
She and her husband met on their high school bowling team.
Angela was born in Clearwater, Florida and has been a CVA since 2009. She joined the ERVC team in July of 2015.
She is a 20-year military spouse and the proud mom of a US Airman as well as an NSU Demons nursing student: "Fork'em!" She and her husband, Mike, have one child left at home who plays Wampus Cat football. They also have three fur kids: Bean, Juno, and Markus. Other than her love for animals, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Her guilty pleasure is watching the Real Housewives.
Has an obsession with tennis shoes.
Loves watching the Golden Girls and I Love Lucy.

Annmarie was born in Orlando, Florida and lived in Zellwood, Florida for 29 years. Her education includes a Technical Certificate in Baking and Pastry from Valencia Community College. While this has nothing to do with animals, she does make horse and dog treats on occasion!
Annmarie has been horseback riding since she was 6 years old, and has owned a horse since was 13. Currently, she owns two horses, Magnum, and Archer. She also has one crazy Australian Cattle Dog, Rio. Outside of work, she loves traveling to new places and exploring state parks and wildlife areas on horseback. Her other hobbies include cooking, crocheting, cross-stitching, and sewing.
Feeds everyone else cupcakes so she looks skinnier next to them.

Crystal was raised in Morgan City Louisiana. She spent summers visiting family here in West Central Louisiana where she fell in love with nature. She always said that she would move here one day and live on a farm. Crystal has had a love for animals since a very young age and has been working with them since she was a teenager. In 2017, she decided, along with her family, to make the move and join Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist.
She lives with her husband, two children, and their large fur family of ten (seven dogs and three cats). They also have a large range of goats, pigs, chickens, geese, and dogs. Other than her passion for all animals, she loves photography, nature, and spending time with her family.
Works hard so her dogs can have a better life.

Kim was raised in a military family and considers herself a transplant to Leesville, Louisiana. Kim has been a receptionist at Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic since June 2016. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business as well as a veterinary technology degree from Northwestern State University. Kim has a deep and passionate love for all animals and loves the opportunity to meet new patients. She thinks of all animals that come to Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic as one of her special “fur babies.”
Kim and her husband, Jeff, have two wonderful children that keep them very busy. Kim enjoys traveling, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family. She also fosters dogs for Louisiana Lifelines 4 Canines rescue, but is a self-confessed multiple “foster fail” because she gets attached and they become part of the family. The Rodgers family has eight dogs, three cats, two sugar gliders, and Timmy the Turtle (not a fur baby.)
Has no objections to leaving her husband for Thor.

Lauren joined Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic in February, 2019. She was born in DeRidder, LA, and graduated in May 2018 from East Beauregard High School. She’s lived in three different states while growing up and was raised in apartment complexes since childhood. She’s wanted a dog since she was little, but couldn’t have one because she lived in a small household. Instead, years later, she adopted a small baby rabbit from a couple of kids that found it roaming around an apartment complex in Lafayette, LA. She raised the bunny and potty trained her so she wouldn’t have to live in a cage. She was so sweet and wanted to be pet all the time!
Wants to live in a house with a yard full of chickens, one or two pigs, a vegetable garden and her own flower garden.
Passions have always been nature, camping, hunting, mud riding, hanging out with my friends, and painting.
Megan is from a small town called Hornbeck in West Central Louisiana where she has lived her whole life. When she was a little girl, she wanted to help animals, and is happy that she now gets to call that a career! Megan started working with Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic in May of 2018 where she is the Dental Technician and enjoys the relationships she has made with other members of the staff that share her love for caring for animals. She graduated from Northwestern State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a concentration in veterinary technology.
In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers with her husband, and spending time with family. She has a Chihuahua named Sadie, a Rat Terrier named Bodie and a Shih-Tzu named Paisley that she loves very much.

Miranda was raised in a small city called Pharr, Texas, and is now stationed at Fort Polk, Louisiana with her husband and two dogs. Currently, she has been working toward her associate degree in biology so she can further my education with a bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine.
In her free time, she loves hiking trails with my silver Weimaraner, Echo, and Chihuahua, Roger.

Hopes to one day become a veterinarian or zoologist herself and help aid animals around the world.
Raegan is from Orange, Texas but lives in Anacoco with her husband, Tom, who is retired military. Raegan’s family consists of a variety of pets including eight dogs, four birds, two donkeys, a cat, and a pig named Rodney. Raegan joined ERVC in 2015 as a CVA after receiving her diploma from Penn Foster earlier that year. In her spare time, she enjoys sightseeing, and spending time with her granddaughter, Ava.
Goes by "Rae Rae" or "Nanny Rae" at work.

Samantha is currently pursuing her associate degree at Cedar Valley College to become a licensed veterinary technician. She is originally from Oklahoma and is enjoying her time in Louisiana while her husband is stationed here at Fort Polk.
Together, she and her husband have two daughters that love the lifestyle that Louisiana has provided. Samantha has a Pug (Ziggy), Two English Bulldogs (Lola and Axel), and a kitten (Chimichanga) as well as a horse and many chickens... and she lives full-time in an RV and enjoys every moment of the freedom and adventure it provides for her and her family.

Shanna joined the Entrance Road Vet Clinic team in 2016 as a registered veterinary technician and is our lead surgery technician. She received her associate degree through the Veterinary Technology Program at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She is currently working to receive her Veterinary Technician Diagnostic Imaging Specialty (VTS-DI). She mostly enjoys radiology, emergency care, and surgery. Shanna is from Burkeville, TX, but now lives in Anacoco, Louisiana with her husband, Shannon, and their son. They have two dogs named Charlie and Blue and two cats named BB and Tux. Her hobbies include being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. She has a strong passion for working in the veterinary field and loves being able to provide the best care for patients.

Virginia is a second-generation animal care professional having studied for 12 years under the tutelage of her mother and father who have groomed and shown dogs for more than 25 years. Virginia has been an integral part of Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic since May of 2015. She is well acquainted with the special needs of animals in the veterinary environment. She has experience dealing with shy, chronically ill, aggressive, sedated, and geriatric pets. She also understands the unique needs of the Fort Polk community and its pet owners, as she is a grown-up Army brat. Virginia operates within AKC safety certification guidelines and is continuing to improve her craft. She is creative and enjoys new techniques and innovative designs. She strives for every pet to look and smell their very best.
